NOTE: At this point Together for the Journey is canceled. If I receive interest from at least 2 homeschool mamas, then I will certainly start it up! Please contact me at firstname.lastname@example.org with Together in the subject line if you’re interested in seeing this get off the ground. In the meantime, I’m looking into the possibility of starting a Moms in Prayer group for homeschool mamas or something similar involving prayer. Prayer is so crucial!!!!
Welcome to Together for the Journey! I am a homeschool mom of four. My oldest is 8, and I’ve been blessed to be able to teach her from the beginning. I would love to come together with other like-minded, Christian homeschool moms for the journey. I have 2 or 3 wonderful DVD series that are full of great insights, ideas, encouragement, and much more for any homeschool mom. I would love to share these with any ladies that might be interested. We will be coming together every other week (or so) to learn, grow, encourage, pray, and connect through our journey as homeschool moms. Homeschooling is an amazing, wonderful, blessed adventure full of daily delights, regular challenges, and plenty of opportunities to reach the hearts of our children. While this is all true, sometimes we miss out on the chance to connect with other moms on the journey through regular times of community. It can be difficult to feel as though we are alone in this journey even though we truly never are with God by our side. Please consider joining me as I host a series of videos for our benefit as homeschool moms. I would be very glad to have you join in on the learning, fellowship, and connecting. Below I have a tentative schedule of what I hope to do with this group. Please feel free to email me with questions or interest at email@example.com with Together in the subject line.
